Hello and welcome to my page!! My name is Megan and I LOVE all walks of life! I grew up (& still live) on a farm with three playful goats, one tough barn cat, and an always eating guinea pig. Because of COVID 19 the program I am involved in, Americorps NCCC, is now working from home so I have a lot of time on my hands and I thought what better way to enjoy this time than to work with my favorite furry friends! I have experience with dog sitting in the past and dog training but because I am always on the move I do not feel right to get one of my own right now. I would love to take care of any and all dogs and have the energy and time to do so. Cannot wait to chat and meet your beloved furry family member! :)

I have known Megan for years and one of the words I would use to describe her is compassionate, especially when it comes to dogs. Any dog that Megan comes into contact with has her full attention. She is someone that dogs gravitate toward because of her good energy and willingness to put the dog first. I highly recommend Megan for any dog sitting opportunity that is available!
I’ve know Megan since we’ve been kids. Not only has she pet sat and cared for friend’s dogs and cats like they were her own, she also takes lovely care of her own animals. From the smallest guinea pig to the largest cow on her family farm, she does not shy away from any animal, and is prepared to care for them with love and kindness.
Megan is a very responsible dog loving person. She has had a dog in the past and she was responsible for her daily care. She always put the dog first. She grew up on a farm so she has grown up around taking care of animals and their needs. So I think she would be a very responsible and loving dog caregiver.
Megan has been an animal lover for the 10 years I have known her! Throughout her life she has had a variety of pets and always taken great care of them. Megan treats animals as if they were people, and I think that’s the best care you would want for you pet.

Before I pet sit any dog I would like to know if they get along with a guinea pig that is caged, if the dog is potty trained, if the dog is friendly, and if the dog has any special medication/allergies.
A typical day
The dog will enjoy a huge, spacious yard along with long walks and meeting some silly goats if the dog (& the owner) is interested in that! I will play fetch for days and make sure your dog runs around all day so they are tired when they go back home.
