Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs by my side, Animals have always been a huge part of my life. They somehow make everyday better whether it’s a kiss on the face when you first wake up or a warm welcoming when you get home from work after a long day. I have trained dogs of my own and I enjoy working with other dogs as well on easy commands. ( sit, paw/shake, heel, high five). I like to meet clients and their fur baby’s beforehand( no charge! to make sure we are all on the same page and it is a good fit). Please let me know what you need and I will deliver :)

Megan is a wonderful person! She took our dog for a long walk while we were out of town, sent us many many photos of how happy our dog was while with her, and even suggested coming back later in the day in case we didn't make it home on time. We'll definitely ask for her help again.
Megan is wonderful. She came for a meet and greet yesterday, and my dogs Angus and Maggie are smitten with Megan. Dogs know when people are dog lovers and Megan definitely is! I would definitely recommend Megan...she is great! Good with communication, too!
My anxious pup Max took right to Megan the moment he met her. We booked her somewhat last minute for a walk/dinner visit and sent adorable pics that showed that she had gotten him to walk with her - which he won’t always do with new people. Megan was a great communicator and I felt my dog was in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

I believe knowing a dogs temperament, their weird quirks, favorite snacks, best toys, and what they are comfortable with are all important factors to know in advance of a visit. Also medication, food intake, and energy level. Knowing what is normal for each individual dog is essential to making sure they get the best care.
A typical day
The first part of my visits always start with belly rubs and treats. Then we suit up (harness or leash) to go outside and play with toys in the backyard, or go for a walk and being plenty of treats. In my extra time, meaning more than 30 minute drop ins I love to go to local parks or take my clients pups somewhere they’ve never been before. If they’re really good behavior wise I treat them to a pup cup once in a while!

Availability
I work full time, my schedule is flexible and I am capable of taking furry friends out in the morning, afternoon, and nighttime. Weekend availability is also there (I’m a home body for the most part).
