As an owner of a small terrier, active dog foster parent and volunteer dog walker at Oregon Humane Society, I have 12 years of dog handling and training experience. I have a soft spot for all dogs, but especially love smaller breeds 40 lbs and under. Our home is situated a 1/2 a block from Fernhill Park, and I love bringing dogs with me on errands or hikes with their owners permission. I also understand dogs with anxiety and am sensitive to the needs of dogs who are slower to warm up or need special care and attention. On that note, our personal dog doesn’t really like to play with other dogs; after the initial meeting is over he will prefer to ignore your dog.
