I am very dissatisfied with how Megan handled our house and animals. We were gone for two full days, and my neighbors downstairs said Megan was hardly here and they can only recall one time that she actually walked my dog. They said she arrived very late at night and left very early both days. She did tell me she had to leave early one day, but she should have checked in more and stayed longer. I did receive two updates but they were very vague and I didn't receive any photos until the second day. Megan was supposed to show up on Saturday around 2-4 and my neighbors told me they didn't see her car until closer to 10. My dog has high anxiety and this is why I used this service, so he could stay at home in his own surroundings and be taken care of. Instead he was neglected and started to chew a bloody bald spot on his leg. He was so freaked out in fact that when my neighbor tried to take him out since she knew Megan was nowhere to be found, he was terrified and wouldn't come out of his crate. When I arrived home the house smelled of urine and the pee pads we leave out just in case were full of pee, so full in fact that the pads leaked onto our floor and ruined an area. I feel very taken advantage of and will never be using Megan again.

Thir loved his stay with Megan! Megan was super flexible, has great communication, sent the cutest pictures of Thor so that I knew he was in great hands. Thor is already excited for his next stay with Megan!
