My name is Megan and I’m a licensed physical therapist. I enjoy exercising with dogs just as much as I enjoy exercising with people (maybe even more!). I'm originally from Ventura, CA and I have experience with a wide variety of dog breeds and temperaments, including ones who have food and skin allergies, as well as medical conditions requiring a strict medication regimen. I began working for Rover after I moved away from home for school and was missing spending time with my family dog, Lola. She was a Lhasa Apso and lived to the happy age of 16. I am open to any style of care, because owners know their dogs best! I am familiar with clicker and positive reinforcement training. I also have experience working with other animals such as cats and fish. I have an athletic background and enjoy swimming, camping, and hiking. I frequent nearby hiking trails around the Ventura area, and I have access to lots of open park and beach area. For dogs staying at my house, I live in midtown Ventura with my fiancé Allen, who will be around to give cuddles, but I will be the main human in charge. I'm looking forward to meeting some new furry friends in the area!
