Megan is an exceptional pet sitter! She is reliable, caring, professional, and I always feel confident my cats are in good hands when I'm gone. All cat messes are cleaned up and reported, she notes anything out of the ordinary, she even brings in the mail, and she is proactive towards making sure our cats are well-cared for while we are out of town. She also takes the cutest photos and provides detailed yet sincere reports, which I always look forward to receiving--they always put a smile on my face.

Megan is excellent at her job, is communicative, and takes care of all duties plus more. She cares for the cats but also has the common sense a lot of others lack to troubleshoot issues with the house while you are away. One of our cats figured out how to open the door to our garage (and kept escaping) and she was able to work around our temporary door issue while keeping the cats safe in the house with no escapes or problems. Everything is always kept tidy and she leaves the best photos and reports for her visits.
