Megan was great with our sensitive/anxious rescue, Bagel, while we were out of town for almost a week. She really put our minds at ease both before and during the booking regarding making Bagel feel at home and helping her anxiety in a new situation. Bagel made progress every day, getting more comfortable as time went on, and Megan sent plenty of pictures and updates that made me so happy I could see Bagel feeling comfortable. Their resident dog Willow is incredibly sweet and gentle, and seems well practiced in adapting to the needs of different temperaments of visiting dogs, which is an especially great thing for an anxious pup to have as a role model. Would definitely book again in the future!
