Hi, I'm Meg! I've walked and dog sat for clients while in college, and have taken eight training classes with my own dog to develop communication and understanding of animal behavior. I believe in positive reinforcement and customizing care to each individual pet and their family needs. I've invested my time also in volunteering with rescue organizations as a handler and screener to help dogs from southern states find their forever homes.

Megan is as caring as they come and is always willing to tend to Luka's special needs!
Megan was wonderful and was able to take my boy Luka on the last minute. She gave him treats with a thorough report on his potty highlights which is important to know due to the fact he's recovering from lymphoma.
Megan is an incredibly caring and patient with dogs (and people)! I've seen her interact with her dogs for over 15 years and I cannot imagine someone who would better care for a dog.
Megan is one of the most patient and responsible dog/pet owners I know. She understands behavior signals dogs give through having had trained her own dog (who was a bit of a handful during the process). Megan has lots of compassion for pets and knows that each one have a different personality and possible relationship with humans. She’ll make sure to gain the trust of any dogs she works with so that they feel as comfortable as possible with her.

I love the whole spectrum of dog playtime and walking activities-- from enriching puzzle toys and rope tug to neighborhood and wooded trail walks! I will make certain that the activities we do are your dog's favorite!

I'm a full time rehab therapist, working with humans in the medical setting. I have a 60lb rescue mutt and had a senior cat at home. I'm honored to have the opportunity to assist you with your pets weekday evenings and weekends.
