Vet tech experience brought to you

Pet care experience

Hi, my name is Meg I currently work as an emergency vet tech and I’m looking to help those in need with their pet care a few days a week. Whether it’s as simple as feeding and walking/cleaning litter boxes or giving meds, subcutaneous fluids or insulin on nights you can’t be home. I currently have two large pit mixes who take daily meds, both take meds for allergies one takes meds for behavioral issues the other to help keep his cancer from rapidly growing. We also have a tea cup yorkie in our house who’s a cute little ball of energy as well as nine cats who live amongst them, long story short I manage the good and the bad daily. I cannot offer any services at my house because of my one bad dog but I can absolutely come to you. I have worked in emergency medicine for the last 5 years and can offer some knowledge to everyone!

First aid/CPR
Senior dog experience

Safety, trust & environment

With my medical knowledge I am able to alert you of anything concerning I may see. Since I can’t offer any services at my house I would love to come play with your pets in their own home. If you have a fenced in yard I would love to run with your dogs, if your cats want to hang out for a little, play with some toys and snuggle after they’re taken care of I’m all for it!

Information Megan B. would like to know about your pet

The most important thing for me to be made aware of are there any behavioral things I need to know. Food aggression, resource guarding, leash reactivity, allergies, any significant medical history.

A typical day

One of my dogs is a huge couch potato and the other loves to swim, I can give the best of both worlds if that’s something you would like from me.
