Pet care experience
My childhood home was never without pets, both our own and fosters. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, including those who required medicine administration. I frequently volunteered at my local animal shelter and I'm known among my friends as the one to call when pets need to be cared for.

Megan was prompt. She texted when she got here, giving me time to prep my dog for greeting her. I appreciated that she was friendly, but not excited. Her calm demeanor put my dog at ease right away. They must have had a good walk, because when they got back, my dog's tongue was hanging out and he had a big smile on his face. It's hard to know which dog walker to choose - there are so many - but I think I got lucky in choosing Megan.

I currently have two cats and a one year old Boston Terrier. My fiancé and I recently moved from Mississippi and our pets are loving Kansas weather. We take our dog on walks around nearby neighborhoods many times during the week. I am not able to care for other's pets in my own apartment because of strict rules, but I will make sure your pets get lots of safe exercise and outdoor time.

I also have experience with administering oral mediation, though I do not have experience with injected medication so I would like to know what medications your dog may be taking. I'd also like to know what time of day your dog is used to eating and going on walks. I'd want to stick as much to his or her usual schedule as possible.
A typical day
Since I am new to Lawrence, your dog and I will explore together! I love going on long walks and playing outside with my own dog, so having the opportunity to do so with other's dogs is a win.
