Pet care experience
As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find a sitter that you (and your pet) can trust and depend on-- and I have no doubt that I will be that sitter for you! I work completely from home, so I can accommodate my schedule to fit your pet’s needs (and will even work from your place when doing drop-in visits so I can spend extra time with them, too, if you'd like!). I have no problem administering medications, going on long walks, etc. and will make sure to send lots of updates and photos so that you know your pet is happy, healthy, and well taken care of while you are away.

We needed a dog sitter while visiting WVU for the day. We found Megan and were happy to use her doggy daycare for our Takoa. Megan communicated with me often and checked in about how Takoa was doing with her dogs. He had such a fun time with her amd loved her 2 labs! We will definitely reach out again when we are visiting the area and highly recommend her!
Amazing experience all around. Communication was excellent. Scheduled a meet and greet for her dogs and ours prior to the stay at her recommendation. Received fun picture updates. And she was graciously accommodating when I messed up and put in the drop off time incorrectly. Would definitely recommend and plan to use Megan again!

Megan was wonderful! She sent many updates and pictures! Her and her husband are very nice and welcoming. We felt very secure leaving our girl with them for a week. We would defiantly use her again!

FOR BOARDING: we DO require that your pet be up-to-date on all vaccinations as a safety precaution— it’s nothing personal, we just want to do our due diligence to ensure our two Labrador Retrievers are safe! We have plenty of room for zoomies in our home (especially 9pm zoomies— those are our favorites!) and will adding a fence to our backyard, too, in the spring to extend our zoomies outside. We live in a less-busy community, allowing for safe walks as well. FOR DROP-IN VISITS: as mentioned, my WFH job allows me to be flexible with my schedule; therefore, I am able to accommodate your pets feeding schedule, exercise needs, etc. I am also happy to work from your home, if you are willing to provide me with your wifi, to spend more time with your pet beyond the 30MIN/1HR timeframe (just let me know if this is something you’re interested in!).

FOR BOARDING: please let me know if your pet gets along with dogs— as mentioned, we do have two in our home (who are both get very excited upon meeting new friends, but are very good boys!) and oftentimes host multiple pets at once.
A typical day
As your sitter, I love matching your pet’s energy. If you pet is active— we’ll go on walks, play fetch, or whatever they’re into! If your pet is more of a couch potato, I’ll put on a movie or the game and keep them company.
