We are so thankful to have found Megan! She watched our Raven during our wedding day and we know she was in excellent hands. We got photo updates and she was kind enough to drop her off for us as well! I highly recommend Megan and we will be booking with her in the future !

Very disappointing experience. After using Rover a few times, I have had by far the worst experience with Megan. I met with Megan at a dog park per her request a few weeks before she was supposed to watch my dog and everything went well. In fact, she sent me a request to watch my dog before I had even decided to book with her. I dropped my dog off before leaving town on a vacation and everything seemed great. Not 2 hours after I dropped my dog off Megan is sending me long, frantic texts about how she can't handle my dog along side another puppy that she had. Instead of taking some time for the dogs to get to know each other or offering up solutions she says "I can't take him. Will you come get him or I can find another Rover but it may be at an additional cost." Obviously I have already paid Megan at this point and am also at the airport completely thrown off guard by this message and in a complete and total panic as to what I should do. Long story short, the dogs were completely fine but this being Megan's only job, she is obviously unqualified and very unprofessional. She also only provided one photo over a 5 day period and very little updates leaving me constantly worried instead of enjoying my trip. If you want your pet to be safe and well taken care of, I strongly urge anyone considering Megan as a dog sitter to highly reconsider.
