Yoo Jin is a calming tide for my three very active pups. He’s attentive and nurturing while dog sitting in house for my partner and I. This is especially helpful considering each dog is an attention hog and they all deal with separation anxiety. The rottie, beagle, and whippet all love him.

As much as I would’ve loved to say I had a great experience I just didn’t. Yoo jin, was great when she came and put my package in my house while I was on vacation, but not at watching my actual animals. When I first scheduled her she was asking me a ton of questions I already put in their care profile as well as the times she needed to be there and leave which was also listed (because on rover you are charged by the hour) which worried me from the start because she never actually read the instructions provided. Then the stay began and she messaged me concerned that my 5 month old puppy wasn’t potty trained because she kept peeing on the floor which she hasn’t done with us in months. She then elaborated and explained it’s usually when she comes back to the house and she has to pee so bad she can’t even make it to our back door. I was shocked and asked how long she’s leaving her alone for, and she stated 4-6 hours. My puppy is usually good for 4-6 hours so it lead me to believe she wasn’t making sure she went to the bathroom before she left. After I expressed my concerns she no longer responded to my messages, and with me being across the country it left me to be panicked about what was happening with my fur babies. On the final day we noticed she had been gone for a long time and we asked if she was going to go back to the house and let them out a little bit. She never messaged me back but did go back to the house and and hung out with them for a bit. It felt like she wasn’t at our house as much as she should have been, and she completely blew us off and ignored our messages for days so it really put a damper on our vacation.
