Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs and spent most of my life around a variety of breeds. Among them, I’ve had the pleasure of the company of a beagle for nine years and she has taught me more than any dog. From her I’ve learned patience and an understanding that each breed has wonderful quirks to love! I’m adept at finding solutions with stubbornness and am willing to learn with each new pup and their personality.

Midnight is always well taken care of and loved at Meg’s, and this time she really proved it. She found a problem with Midnight, sent me a picture, called my vet, visited the pet store, and kept me up to date over the next few days. Meg responded professionally and made sure Midnight was well cared for. Her young son just adores Midnight and cried when she left. He gave her multiple hugs before we left. Sweet. Midnight is relaxed and happy when I pick her up. Meg is very warm, friendly, and transparent.
Meg is wonderful to work with, and Lucy was well cared for. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Meg was very accommodating and agreed to take my dog with only a couple day notice. She sent pictures and updates throughout the day which was great and much appreciated. I ended up adjusting the pick up time alittle and she was fine with it. I would recommend her to watch your animals
My Midnight always seems happy when I pick her up and relaxed, no distress, readily comes to Meg for hugs, pets, and for ball throwing, even in my presence, which lets me know my girl is being well taken care of. I appreciate that when I ask for a daily picture I get them. Her young son reads books to my dog, and her other family loves on my girl too. So precious.

My yard is fully fenced. It is a four foot high fence, so I am unable to safely accommodate a jumper. I do live on a dog-friendly street, so there will be routine walks by our place as well as walking by the dog when we go out on leash. My house is dog-proof and I am able to separate the dogs if necessary. Food is kept away as often as possible since my beagle will get into it all.

Currently I am a stay at home mom of one with a dog and cat. We are generally close to home every day of the week. Our daily routine is pretty relaxed, walks around the neighbourhood and playing in the yard are the main goal.
