Please note, my partner, Paolo (in waterfall photo), also lives with me and will be helping me with dog-sitting! So you get two sitters for the price of one :) Now for a little about me- I live near the Santa Fe art district in a house with a fenced in yard. I have been a dog owner all my life, and I have been pet sitting intermittently over the years. I work from 830-5 from home and am pretty free otherwise. I really am just looking for a friend for my sweet Golden Retriever and another dog to share my love with. I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2016, and now I work for a government consulting firm. I have a passion for animals, and I have always wanted to figure out a way to build my life around them! Since I have a full time job and when I rover it’s my only free time, I do have higher rates to make it worth giving up my time after work and on weekends! For new clients, I like to start off with a maximum of 3 nights to make sure we are the right fit before committing to a longer sit. For anything in my house, I generally do not accept dogs with separation anxiety or high energy/ vocal pups as it stresses out my 8 year old golden!

Meg was FANTASTIC! Our pup took really well to Meg, Paolo and their sweet dog Brody, and they all took such good care of him! Not only did they walk him daily, cuddled him often, took him to the dog park, shared Brody's toys, but they seemed to genuinely love him - which is all a dog mom could ask for! I'd never used Rover for overnight stays prior, so I was a bit nervous, but I cannot say enough about how great Meg, and our experience was! 12/10!!
Meg was very responsive, and provided very thorough and consistent updates throughout the duration of boarding. She did a great job pet sitting Maggie!
My pup absolutely loved staying with Meg! I really appreciated the regular updates and photos she sent. Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!

I love long walks and short runs depending on what works best for your pet. I also go to cherry creek or Westminster dog park on the weekends and am open to bringing your pup along with me!

When I am home or house sitting, I work from that location which makes it super easy to be around for your pets and love on them! I also go to Westminster or Cherry creek almost every weekend with my dog - if your dog has good recall, I will happily bring them along.
