Medina is very passionate about animals and attentive of their comfort and needs. Thankfully, she was available on short notice to watch my two dogs, after my usual sitter had an emergency. My main concern was that following instructions seemed to be challenging. My pets have set rules and routine, but I was not assured that the instructions provided on the app and during our Meet-n-Greet were followed. While she did do nice things without being asked and had lots of ideas on how else we could be caring for our pets, given that it was my first time using her, it made me slightly uncomfortable.

Medina is incredible with dogs. She has walked, doggy sat & even trained my 3 dogs for the past 2 years. She is very trustworthy & dependable. I totally trust her to the fullest. My dogs are always well taken care, happy & very excited to see her. Sometimes they are more happy to see her than me :). She’s the only person I trust with them & my dogs are a good judge of character. My dogs love her & I highly recommend her to all dog owners
