I have had a family pet since the day I was born and have always loved being near all pets! I have experience pet sitting for friends and neighbors for both cats and dogs for over 20 years. I have also volunteered at animal shelters since high school and take every opportunity I can to say hi to a new dog or cat. I currently have one dog named Boone whom my spouse and I adopted 4 years ago from a local shelter. He is a large retriever/lab mix and came to us with dog aggression which was only discovered after a very memorable walk together. Having Boone has taught me a lot about caring for a reactive dog and provided a new understanding of the different personalities that each pet can have!
