I have had animals in my house growing up my entire life. At its craziest, we had 3 dogs and 5 cats! I have cared for puppies as young as 8 weeks old (weaned from the mother's milk) and as old as 15 years old. I get along well with all dog breeds, and have never met a dog I didn't like! I have stayed multiple times to care for friends or families dogs, with the longest being 2 weeks to care for a 7 year old Boxer/Norwegian Ridgeback (who thought he was still a small 6 month year old puppy). I love walking on my own, and find it even more rewarding when I have a puppy companion to share it with! I have experience leash training, harness training and dealing with all and any dog messes that may occur without any squeamishness! Your dog will always be in the best care with me! I currently have two cats and understand how cats operate. I love even the grumpiest and stubborn of cats! I work from my home in Grayslake 9-5, and would easily be able to accommodate walks or check ins through the day. I can easily work from your home to provide care throughout the day if you prefer. My schedule is very flexible and I am willing to accommodate any special needs. I love to take long walks and find it even more enjoyable with a dog companion (or two!). I can provide in home cat care providing they get along with other cats. I am available to stop in for a feeding, a walk or can stay in your home to provide care to your furry friends. I love spending time playing with dogs and cats, whether it’s fetch, tug of war or a game of tag!
