Pet care experience
I was referred to Rover by friends and teammates on the Philly Women’s Rugby team, my Philly phamily. I house- and dog-sit'd for teammates, friends, and Rover families in Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Lehigh Valley while living on the east coast for the last five years through May 2020, but it all started at home in WA. These opportunities not only are a very convenient way for me to earn extra money while continuing my education in nursing and working full-time, but are also really just something I already love to do. I miss having a puppy to play with so taking care of others that are truly cared for has been a great way to fill that void. Thanks for reading!

Meagan went above and beyond with my 13 week black lab!!! I changed dates, times, added on extra services and she still stuck around. She was so flexible with my hectic schedule and helped me out in so many ways! YOU NEED TO HIRE MEAGAN!!!! ????
Meagan was great!
Meagan did a great job sitting with our dog in our home while we traveled abroad. She accurately followed our care instructions and kept us updated on everything that was going on. The house was just as clean as when we left upon our return. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to anyone else for their pet care needs.
Meagan was amazing! We left our 4 month-old puppy with her - a lot to manage. She sent us pictures to let us know he was safe and having fun. We happened to see her the next day and our puppy ran straight to her, he obviously loved her. I think our house was cleaner than when we left. I would absolutely recommend her and book her again.

Larger dogs may have a slight advantage over smaller dogs. I love weener dogs or corgis! I work nights and my part-time work schedule is not consistent right now. For daycare and boarding families only - I specified caring for small to medium/large-ish dogs with limitations to capacity due to the size of my residence. I can host more than one smaller dog but may not be able to with larger breeds. Your dog must be comfortable with cats and other dogs and well trained/behaved (puppies are certainly an exception).
