Pet care experience
Hello! I am Meagan and I am a responsible, loving, and hard working pet lover. For as long as I can remember I have been a crazy dog lady. I have experience in working and volunteering at my local humane society and other dog rescues. This has helped me gain the knowledge and experience one needs to pursue this type of career. I have cared for aggressive, elderly, special needs, sick, energetic, feral dogs, and the list goes on. I have two pups of my own, Lily and Penny. They are my absolute world, so I understand when finding someone to care for your fur baby, you want to feel 100% comfortable with that individual. You can trust that with me your pup will get lots of exercise, playtime, and cuddles.I promise you that I will care from them as I would care for my own dogs.

I would highly recommend Meagan as your #1 dog sitter. She loves dogs and has 2 of her own. Meagan volunteers at the Humane Society and is very dedicated to her work she does there. Meagan is also an extremely passionate and loving person with an excellent work ethic.
I have an 8-year-old shi-poo named Bella that stayed with Meagan for 1 week while I was away on business. Meagan was so caring, attentive and loving towards Bella. She provided me with photos updating me on how she was doing which gave me great piece of mind that she was in good hands. Meagan was very hands on with communicating with me which I personally love assuring me that Bella was well taken care of. Meagan stood out to me because of her caring, knowledge, and comfort with animals. Thank you, Meagan, for everything, you’ve made it so simple and that’s how it should be! I am careful to follow the rules and preferences laid out by the family. If you prefer your dogs crated I will ensure that’s happenings. I will always make sure the environment is safe, walk them on the proper tools, and allow them forms of enrichment to keep them happy.

If your pet has any specific medical needs please let me know. I’ve worked with an array of dogs. I have experience with paralyzed and partially paralyzed dogs, seniors that need assisted help with movement, blind and deaf dogs. I have experience administering medications, using tools such as help me up harnesses, expressing bladders, using physiotherapy, and much more.
A typical day
I love walking dogs and taking them to new spots where they can find a new smells. I also like to explore different activities such as nose work, playing with snuffle mats or puzzles, fetch or tug.

Availability
I work part time so my schedule is pretty flexible. During the week I’m free every afternoon. I also have reliable care for my dogs, allowing me to be able to care for your pets one on one.
