Pet care experience
Hi! I am a Santa Barbara local and mama to two baby tortoises. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to have dogs at my apartment but that doesn't stop me from scrolling through Petfinder every night! I grew up with a sweet Golden named Cassidy and a Maltipoo named Laila. Both have passed on, but I miss them everyday. When I'm not scrolling through Petfinder or Adopt-a-Pet, I am knitting, crafting or binging TV. I am a graduate of UC Santa Cruz with a film production and digital media degree. I currently work in the Event Industry in production, and as the Production Coordinator with the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. But currently COVID-19 has made me 100% available to watch and walk your special pups!

Growing up with a big dog, Golden Retriever, and a small dog, Maltipoo, I feel comfortable with both sized dogs. I personally enjoy a big dog to run with, but the main reason I love big dogs is the snuggling! They are the best snugglers. Even better- a big dog who thinks they are a lap dog!
A typical day
Aside from walks around their neighborhood, where they are most comfortable, I would love to take them to Hendry's beach or Mackenzie Park. My sweet dogs LOVED Hendry's beach. It is wonderful place for dogs to run free and be social. I am very active and hike regularly. If the dog is willing I would also love to take them for a local hike!
