I have extensive experience watching dogs/cats and everything that includes. I have pet/house sat for long periods of time as well as have experience boarding pets at my house. I grew up with Mastiffs and Rhodesian Ridgebacks and am very used to large breeds and their needs. I also owned a Great Dane that passed away 2 years ago (due to old age). I live in a 2 bedroom apartment that is walking distance to the dog beach. I have ample experience caring for and watching dogs and cats, but also have great knowledge on other common pets as well (fish, ferrets, snakes, hamsters, guinea pigs, and lizards). I love animals and strive to provide the best care for any pet I meet. I am very active and love going for dog walks whenever I can. Within my own routine I go on 2 walks a day (6 miles). I am happy to accommodate whatever your animal’s walking needs may be! I am used to having an escape artist of a dog and am very careful with opening the front door. As I have had several pets I am very used to and great at communicating with vets. I have a very close family friend who is an extremely experienced vet (15 years) who is available by phone 24/7 for pet recommendations. She is usually my first call and based on her recommendation I will take my pets into a local vet if needed or follow her advice. This has been a relief as emergencies or accidents with pets can happen unexpectedly. I am extremely punctual, trustworthy, and kind. I hope to meet your furry friend soon!
