Pet care experience
I have had many animals over the course of my life growing up and it is what has pushed me to keep pursuing a job with them! I have done many jobs dealing with animals, including working as a vet tech and a kennel tech. I have passed 2 certifications for knowing dogs body language and understanding what it means, how to handle and approach dogs, and how to make the process of handling as stress free and calm for the both of us!

Mckenzie is a very polite and ambitious young lady. My dog took to her right away, and Mckenzie was also good with her as well. She was prompt, updated us with Rover messages and pictures as agreed upon. I look forward to using her services again when needed.

I can adjust and follow out steps just as is requested by client, and if not just as if I see fit and as I would do with my own animals. I would prefer to have a set plan and schedule per client, if not, I am more than happy to help get one in place.

Important information I’d appreciate to know ahead of time are such as if your pet has any medical problems, or any odd/goofy behaviors that may worry me. If they have any allergies to anything, have a food or toy aggression, how they take treats from hands, if they are prone to ripping and consuming items/toys, or if they are dog reactive/aggressive. Please add any other information you see as fit, I can never know too much about your babies that I’m caring for! <3
A typical day
A typical day of caring for your fur-baby can range depending on what you’d like me to do. It can be a more physical activity such as fetch, tug-o-war, ball, walks/runs, or chase. Other mellow but brain stimulating activities would include making them stuffed kongs, lick mats, as well as a various way to make different treat puzzles for them to work their brain out to get to the goodies.

Availability
I have a full time job but regularly have 2-3 days off in a row to where I can expand my options for sitting or drop in visits a bit more. After my mornings shifts I am typically free after 12:30 pm and my evening shits I am free the morning until 12:30pm or sometimes 2pm. My walking schedule will be the most flexible for me.
