Hi! I have taken a 5 year hiatus from rover to focus on building 3 restaurants with my husband, and also had two children! Now that my kids are starting a summer program and school in the fall, I’m back on here to love on, exercise, and nurture your fur babies! I grew up with two small dogs, and was always the sibling who tended to their needs. I have lots of experience walking, from chihuahuas to pits to german shepherds, and have sat overnight for clients (I'll feed your cats/other animals, too!) with up to four dogs. I am pretty flexible, and will have an even more open schedule come the fall when my kids are in school 5 days a week. I am very easy going, take instructions well (dog meds- no problem) and have tons of energy to give your dog a fun, invigorating playdate. I also love snuggles, too, if your dog just needs some lovin! Like us, dogs are very unique and I want to help them feel comfortable with me around. Some dogs have tons of energy and need a good run, while others only require/like a walk around a park. I want to make sure your dog's needs are recognized and met. My routine for walks: Enter the home and greet the animals, make sure their water bowls are full and give food if needs be. Check around the house to check on any accidents that might have occured while unsupervised (and attend to those). I then take the dog(s) out for their 30 minute walk, letting them take care of business, and monitor their energy levels (stopping if needs be, or running and exerting some of that energy). Again, this is all about them, and all their needs will be met accordingly! I have sat for older dogs and dogs that need medication in the past. I am more than comfortable helping with any special needs for your dog though, as I take instructions very clearly and easily and you can trust your dog with me.
