Pet care experience
I am a life long animal lover. Growing up on a farm, I've cared for dogs, cats, horses, and birds. My husband and I currently have two dogs, Raikou and Suicune, both rescues. We recently lost our beloved Entei, at age 7, to a long battle with cancer. Entei taught us a lot. I've administered oral medication, I've given shots, suppositories, I've wrapped and treated wounds. We have also trained our border collie, Suicune, to be my emotional support animal. She is incredibly intelligent, we learn so much from her every day. My husband, Matthew, and I have been working through Rover for over three years now. We love it! We both work from home full time. We would love to look after your fur babies!

McKenzie and her husband were great for taking in Mav on short notice. Very good first boarding experience for my 5 month old boxer pup and certainly a challenge as he is non-stop active. They kept Mav overnight with their regulars. Very good experience. Professional service!
Our pups came back home happy. McKenzie goes above and beyond. She is responsive, shares plenty of photos throughout the stay. She gave us a summary of how the pups did during the stay. We will definitely return for future boarding needs!
I absolutely highly recommend McKenzie! She is a wonderful gal and I fully trust her to watch my little girls anytime. I plan on using her again soon when I go away for surgery. Don’t hesitate to reach out and use her services. She has a wonderful and loving home and clean environment. if I could give her 10 stars I would!
This was our first time using Rover and McKenzie and her husband were wonderful. They took such good care of our dog. They made us feel like he was a part of their family. They also went out of their way to help us with our bike rack which had broken.

My dogs are fed twice daily, water is abundantly available. There are two water feeders inside the house, six water bowls outside, and an outside dog pool during the summer. The dogs have 24/7 access to the well fenced backyard through a large doggy door. A variety of toys are abundant inside and outside our home. Multiple orthopedic dog beds are available for your pet's napping pleasure. We just want your pup to feel at home, so we will do whatever they need to feel comfortable.

A typical day
Dogs in my care will have the opportunity to spend the day running and playing in the backyard and splashing around in the doggy pool. They will also have the opportunity to practice their social skills and play with other friendly dogs. We have a tennis ball launcher, bubble machines, and laser pointers.
