McKenzie was fantastic with Mac as usual!!! He loves staying with her!

McKenzie was fantastic and helped us out in a very unorthodox situation. No one on rover was marked as taking cats and we were meeting up with my father and my son to take him back after his vacation with his grandfather. Coming with them were a pair of kittens. We wanted to stop and have lunch as a family and talk but with two kittens and a hot day outside, it wouldn't be possible. Too hot to leave them in the car and even then I was very uncomfortable with the idea. So I reached out to McKenzie. She replied very fast. I explained our unorthodox situation of just needing someone to take the two kittens for 2 hours at most and give them water until we were done our lunch. She went above and beyond! Seriously. She not only took the kittens for us, she came to the restaurant to collect them, their crate and some litter, so that we would have more time as family. She let them out into an enclosed yard (Which was fine with us) and played with them so that they would be tuckered for the five hours to get home. Were they ever! When we called to say we were done, she gave us her address, and had everyone ready and tucked away, prepared for the road. If we should ever find ourselves in Cape Girardeau again, with our dog or more kittens, we will be sure to look her up but I cannot stress how great a caretaker she is. Her flexibility was amazing and her attention to detail and care fantastic. I only wish that she lived near us. As it is, she lives on the way to my fathers so maybe we will use her in the future!
