Pet care experience
I've always had a huge heart for animals and taking care of things in general. I've taken care of my own animals since I was 8 or 9 years old and did 4H for 4 years. Family and friends always had me as there pet sitter because not only was I attentive and took good care of their animals, but I absolutely loved doing it! I also have many animals of my own, from farm animals to the lazy lap dog. :) I'm up for any challenge and any type of animal and I promise to take excellent care of them.

McKenna and Charlie (my dog) got along great from the moment they met. I knew right there I made the right chose to care for Charlie while I was gone. McKenna was very responsible and kept me informed I will definitely call her when I need someone again
McKenna has on and off taken care of our Goldendoodle Maxine!! We trust her completely!! Maxine loves her and it is VERY evident how comfortable she is around animals. McKenna’s personality is also amazing, she is so kind and friendly! I highly recommend her!!

At my parents house we have 3 dogs that live in the house. the rest of my animals live outside such as our cats, goats, and chickens. Our animals are spoiled, the dogs are allowed on the couches and beds and get lots of cuddles. They get treats from time to time but I make sure to not over feed them. The house I live in now doesn’t allow pets, unfortunately, but I visited my animal back home frequently:)

Let me know if your animal has any special needs that I need to attend to. I am willing to administer oral medication! I don't have experience administering injected medication or caring for dogs with disabilities but I am more than willing to learn and I am great at following clear directions. I'm not shy with animals, so learning those skills is not out of my comfort zone.
A typical day
Like humans, dogs need daily exorcise and time outside. I am more than happy to take dogs out for whatever length of a walk they need as well as play fetch! I, myself, have a very high energy dog who needs her play time! It is very important.

Availability
currently I work party time, 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Those days I work from 8:30 to 9. However, and I am willing to work around my schedule!
