Pet care experience
I have always lived with dogs and a variety of pets since I was a baby. I would get asked by family friends and neighbors to house and pet sit all the time and really enjoyed spending time with other animals. I did a variety of things for them including baths, walks/runs, feeding, giving medicine, etc. I am very familiar with senior dogs since I have my own senior pup. I have had cats, dogs, fish, birds, chickens and rodents. All of which I am comfortable pet sitting.

Having her care for our dogs gave my husband and I peace of mind we both give her and her husband 5 stars ⭐️ She checked off all the boxes, 1) caring, 2) attentive and affectionate to our two yorkies, 3) feeding them 4) even did light house work . Mckenna is aweso.e! We are so lucky to have found her. My old boy almost didn't want to come home he loved being with Mckenna so much. Can't say "thank you" enough.
Mckenna is a great sitter! She loves dogs and took great care of my dog for a week. She sent plenty of photos and he got lots of snuggles while he was there. Mckenna is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend her!

At my own home your dog will be leashed when they go outside since I don't have a closing gate. I am happy to crate your dog if that is what you and your animal prefer. They will never be in reach of anything dangerous or hazardous as we want to make sure your animal does not get sick or hurt while in my care.

A typical day
I love going on walks with dogs and love taking them to the beaches in Santa Cruz. I have a puppy myself so I love to play fetch with him and play with his toys.

I am currently working full time but work Mondays and Fridays from home. When I am in the office I am typically only gone for about 6 hours. I am fully available on weekends.
