I grew up in a home with both cats and dogs, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I currently have two cats of my own and am very familiar with cat-specific care. I also regularly care for my family members’ dogs, including one with special needs who requires medication twice daily, which I’m comfortable administering. I’m very reliable, especially when it comes to following care instructions.

The safety, comfort, and happiness of pets are always my top priorities. I make sure to follow all instructions closely and pay close attention to details. I’m also very experienced with escape-prone pets, so I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure to keep every pet safe.

This is such a long overdue review! Maya has been walking Benji for nearly a year now. He loves her so much and always is excited to see her. We love her energy, her care, and the love that she pours into Benji. It really shows because our dog is such a homebody, but during his time with her, Benji knows her name and gets himself up to go. Over this time period, it’s been exciting seeing on the app how he has been walking longer distances! Maya is so flexible and attuned to our dog’s needs. She was even willing to learn how to use the loose leash technique that we normally walk Benji with. She always makes sure he is comfortable and her enthusiasm is infectious! We are so sad to be moving away from Aurora - we won’t ever find anyone like Maya. She took such good care of Benji and we are so grateful for the exercise and enrichment she brought during our time here.

Maya is a very trustworthy and kind individual. She has watched my 5 year old many times and is always great with her. I have known Maya for approximately 8 years and I love her. She will do everything she can to make you and your family feel comfortable.

Schedule
As a master’s student, I typically have about 4 hours of class in the morning. Although my schedule varies from week to week, I have a relatively flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care!
