Pet care experience
I have dog sat for multiple families back in Kansas City before moving out here to Jacksonville; and let me tell you, it was one of my favorite things about living there (besides my family of course). I love all dogs - sizes, energy levels, ages, all of it! - and being able to spend time snuggling or playing with them is often the highlight of my days!

Maya is a wonderful dog sitter and even better person! We had Maya dog sit for us and she did an excellent job; I'm sad she moved out of state and I can't continue to have her pamper our little Penny! Maya stayed at our home and spent time playing with Penny, took her on walks, made she sure had plenty of food and water and stayed to play with her and keep her company while we were away. I've known Maya since she was in preschool with my daughter. Maya is a kind, caring, reliable, and trustworthy animal lover and would be a great care giver for your pets! I highly recommend Maya to care for your pets!
Maya is great with our pups! We have used her 10+ times and we have always felt comfortable with her having our home codes and staying at our home while taking care of the dogs. Always respectful and follows directions. Spends a lot of 1:1 time with one of our two dogs who needs more attention than the other. I wish she wasn’t moving!
Maya is so great with our sweet Golden Bernadoodle, Mabel. She is very reliable and does everything we ask. Mabel gets very excited every time she sees Maya, so I know she is treated with lots of love.
Maya has done dog sitting for us on several occasions and has always done a great job! She loves animals and can be trusted to take good care of your pet!

A typical day
I love to play tug of war with them, take them on walks, throw the ball, really anything! I love the outdoors and if I'm going to enjoy it anyway, I might as well bring a dog friend along with me!

Availability
I do have a day time job; however, it is very flexible. I am able to leave at lunch to come let the dogs out, if needed and am kind of a homebody. So, a night in with dogs is definitely one of my favorite pass times.
