Pet care experience
I am a true animal lover, I have 2 dogs + 6 cats of my own! I have been surrounded by animals my whole life and am well-equipped to care for dogs of all ages and abilities whether that be an overnight stay, making certain that they’re content and comfortable, or a quick walk around the neighborhood, with a secure leash + harness and can’t forget the doggy bags!

I can think of no one better to care for a pet than Maya. She absolutley loves animals and treats them as her own. She puts their safety and needs first while ensuring they enjoy their time together. Maya has experience with multiple dogs and cats in her own home over the past 19 years, which is a huge plus. But perhaps equally important is her intelligence. She is extremely smart and this is important when having to make quick decisions to keep your pet happy and healthy. Maya communicates consistently and clearly to keep you in the loop. It's always nice to be able to go away knowing for sure that your furry family member is with someone who is capable of taking care of them just as you would; you can't put a price on that.

Let me know if your dog has anything that typically "triggers" them while on walks such as squirrels, other dogs, people, etc. so I know to avoid them! And any tricks for helping your pet warm up to me if they're a little shy or unsure of strangers at first as I want to make sure they're as comfortable & relaxed as possible during my visit!
A typical day
During overnight & drop-in visits, we will have a good mix of relaxation and playtime, depending on how your pet is feeling! On walks, we will get some good exercise in while exploring the sights and smells of the neighborhood!
