I am a life long pet owner and lover, I have experience working at the Monmouth County SPCA as an adoption counselor and animal care provider. In my 5 years at the MCSPCA I worked with thousands of animals, largely puppies cats and kittens, mastering the arts of socialization, playtime, cuddles and the ability to telepathically communicate with most cats and dogs (at least that's what people tell me). When my shelters location closed I decided to start up my own pet care business as well as a small animal rescue, Jersey Animal Rescue. Along with the pups, I have a lot of experience with older dogs of all kinds, ranging from 12+ year old dogs who think they are still pups to senior dogs with limited mobility and need for medications and specialized gentle care. I also worked part time at Paws & Anchor pet grooming in Bradley beach. There I was animal CPR trained and certified and gained a lot of great experience with handling and cleaning dogs of all sizes and temperaments in a safe and comfortable manner. While I do not bath anymore I do work alongside an excellent Groomer who goes by the name, Suddsy Snouts, who I refer to for all of grooming and bathing requests Everyone I know calls me the animal whisperer, which I love, but I don't try to put my abilities on a pedestal. I just really truly love animals and think they are some of the best people around, so they deserve to be looked after and cared for with just as much love as would be given any human child. If I am the one to look after your babies I treat them as my family, and they will have as little stress and worry as possible while you are out.
