Pet care experience
Hi! I am a recent college graduate who has an adorable 11 year old Golden Retriever at home, and have taken care of dogs my entire life. I look forward to bringing patience, kindness and a genuine excitement to explore the city with a dog companion. My pet care experience is mostly from my personal pet. Between training her as a puppy, walking her regularly her whole life and cleaning her after swims in our local pond, I believe I have the skills required to be trusted with your dog! A short history about me: I am a 2020 graduate from Middlebury College and studied Physics. In my free time I enjoy hiking, climbing and anything outside. All together, I have a genuine love for dogs, an attention to detail for details that your dog appreciates and can be trusted to show up on time.

Max is an extremely kind and gentle young man who cares a great deal for animals. While in his care Max works hard to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable. He also loves the outdoors and will take your pup on as long a walk as they need.

Before taking care of a pet I would like to know it’s habits, preferences and degree to which it is trained. Specifically, I want to know if it can ever be let off the leash in the park and if there are any safety concerns to me or other people on the street.
A typical day
Of course, any plans that I make will be catered to the dog, but I hope to take walks with all dogs in local parks or along the river. I enjoy playing with dogs, so if they are interested I would love to play fetch or tug of war as long as they like. Lastly, I like to read, so if they are feeling relaxed we can always just sit with a book.
