I've interned with a professional dog trainer and helped her wrangle dogs of all kinds on house visits and during excursions into public spaces for socialization. I have experience working to acclimate dogs to car rides. I've also been working full-time as a dog walker for two years.

Max has been taking diligent care of our family dogs for the past 2+ years. When our now-departed doggo Shadow was nearing the end of his life, Shadow needed a lot of special attention and care, much of which Max supplied. Max then committed to being the primary caretaker of our new puppy, Noodle. On a daily basis he feeds her, walks her, and takes her to the dog park. He also cares for her teeth and has taken her to the vet. He makes an effort to take her to our local outdoor shopping mall on occasion to expose her to different sights, sounds, and smells. I'm please with the ways that Max has stepped up to take care of our dogs.
Let me start by noting that Max is my son. That said, taking care of dogs has truly transformed him! He began taking care of our elderly mutt, Shadow, near the end of his life, taking Shadow on gentle walks and ensuring that he got some time outside each day, even though Shadow couldn't walk far. Once we adopted Noodle, Max became almost solely responsible for her care. He walks her, grooms her, takes her to the dog park, brushes her teeth, feeds her, and more. He's really engaged with Noodle's care, and enjoys taking care of dogs, in general. I've been impressed with how much effort he puts into his dog relationships!
Due to working from home and homeschooling this past year, my husband and I found if difficult to give our new puppy the amount of walks and socialization she needs. Thankfully, we were referred to Max by our dog trainer. Max is always on time and our pup just loves him! Thank you Max for always taking care of our giant baby!

I walk dogs every weekday in the afternoon and evening, and I walk my own dog in addition to taking her to the local dog park every day.
