College Student Dog Lover!
Pet care experience
I am a dog lover through and through. I have grown up with dogs my whole life some breeds including dachshund, labrador retrievers, English bulldogs, Olde English bulldog, golden retriever, hound breeds and chihuahuas. I have worked as a dog bather/groomer at PetSmart. At this job I washed and dried dogs, catered to their specific needs, clipped their nails, and shaved & trimmed their paws. I also currently volunteer at the BARCS animal shelter, walking dogs and playing with them.

Great with my pup!
Maverick is one of the biggest animal lovers I know! We had 3 family dogs of our own and they meant as much to Maverick as any other sibling. During his free time he also spends his time volunteering at an animal shelter while attending college in Maryland. This would be a dream job for him!

I have two roommates and live in an apartment which does not have that much space so I cannot crate or sit a dog at my home but am available to dog sit at a client's home. I am very flexible in availability and am more than willing to work around a client's schedule and adjust to their needs.

Please let me know if your dog has special needs, specific food/treats, or any behaviors that might need a heads up. I have run into dogs who are not friendly to men so please let me know if that might be a problem as well.
A typical day
If toys are provided I would love to play with them using their toys! I always play fetch with my own dogs as well as tug-of-war. I also love taking dogs on walk and making sure they receive their enrichment time. I am also always willing to just snuggle with a dog if they aren't up for playing!

Availability
I am a full time college student and have class on Monday-Thursday. I work at my school sometimes on Fridays but am normally free Thursday evening (after 3pm) through Sunday and during the day on Wednesdays.
