Pet care experience
After a variety of different career paths, I have finally found something that I love doing...pet sitting and dog walking! I have over 10 years experience working at a local animal hospital where I've learned a lot about veterinary medicine. I currently work part-time at the animal hospital taking care of patients and spend the remainder of my day walking and sitting pets. I've had animals my whole life; I know they are truly part of the family and it's important that they're happy and taken care of even when you're not home! I'm happy to send photos and update so you can see how much fun your dog is having! You can rest easy knowing that I will treat your pets as my own!

Maureen did a great job with my beagle mix when we were away most of the day. She checked in to let me know he was doing well and had eaten dinner and also sent me pictures. I would definitely ask her to watch him again.
My wife and I were looking for someone to take care of our dogs while we went out of town for a few days. We have a 10 month old puppy, and a 3 year old, who we’ve had since he was a puppy. We didn’t want to board them anywhere, because they are both rescues, and we felt it would be confusing and unfair to them if we had to leave them overnight anywhere except their own home. Maureen has been very accommodating to us and them, scheduling her visits around their normal eating schedule. They love to see her, and are very excited whenever she arrives! She sends us pictures of them when we’re away, and they always look incredibly happy! I should mention that we’ve had her do drop-in visits multiples times for us. The most recent was our honeymoon, which required her to make over 30 consecutive visits! That is a lot to ask of anyone, especially since our trip extended through Thanksgiving Day! She even fed our fish while we were away too. We feel really lucky to have Maureen’s help with our puppies when we go out of town. We would recommend her to anyone!
Maureen cared for our 2 dogs in our home while we were away for 6 days; she is a gem! I would highly recommend her to others. She came to our home several times per day to walk and care for our dogs. Maureen was professional, personable and showed obvious care for our 2 pups during her interactions. One of our dogs is wary of new people, but even she seemed comfortable around Maureen. While we were away, Maureen kept us informed, and notified us when any feeding/behavior/potty changes occurred. I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in her capable hands. We will definitely be hiring Maureen again.
