Hi! My name is Maureen. Ever since I was 4 I have been around dogs of all kinds. They are one of the most loyal and loving creatures on the planet and I believe we owe them that in return. Three years ago, my hubby and I adopted our dog Blaze from PAWS. He is the sweetest and loves his 2 year old human brother too! I'm a stay at home mom and would love to offer up my home during the week day for dogs who need a place to stay while their parents are at work. Blaze would love some friends to play with too! Any breed is welcome, however, they must be up to date on rabies, and great with other dogs and a small child. I always make sure my child is respectful and gentle around animals. They will never be left unsupervised.
A typical day
Your dog will get plenty of fun and open air in my safely fenced back yard. My dog loves to run and play, but is not overbearing and will give space to an older or reserved dog. I also have a kiddy pool they can play in on hot summer days. They will come inside and enjoy air conditioning or heating during the hot or cold parts of the day.
