I’ve had dogs of my own of various breeds, sizes, & temperaments for over 25 years. I love being in the company of dogs. I would enjoy dropping in on your pet(s) to be sure they are fed & get some outdoor time & personal attention. I am also available for dog walking & look forward to exploring their neighborhoods with them. I will let them go at their own pace- some love to go quickly & some love to smell every exciting new scent! You can trust that they will be in good hands and treated well.

I rarely leave Kiera, but once I met Maureen all my anxiety went away. She took great care of my baby and treated her like family. Pictures and updates were helpful. Mostly, coming home to a calm, relaxed dog reinforced that I picked the right person to leave Kiera with. Maureen did a great job. I will definitely book with her again.
As someone who is very particular with my own dogs’ needs, I know how important it is to find someone you really trust to take care of your pet when you’re out of town. Maureen is someone who loves dogs dearly and will gladly shower a pup with love and attention, but is also someone who can also follow detailed instructions if you’re like me and have a pup who has specific crating and feeding instructions, or who can’t be left with soft toys and things like that. I have left my pup in Maureen’s care several times and always been able to trust that my girl will be well cared for and my (sometimes complicated, thanks to medications and whatnot) instructions followed perfectly. Maureen is patient, communicative, and really does have a way with dogs. I’d fully recommend her to anyone else ever looking for a sitter or looking for someone to drop in and give potty breaks.
Maureen has been an avid dog lover and owner for as long as I can remember. From fostering a litter of Dalmatian puppies, to having three dogs at home herself, she truly has done it all. Maureen has such a strong connection with every pet she meets - I swear, everyone's dog is drawn to her, no matter where you go! She has the time and patience to care for anyone's pup, treating everyone's dog as if they were her own. You couldn't leave your dog in more loving, capable and experienced hands than Maureen's!!

I enjoy playing with my dogs and those under my care. I have all types of toys. And we love walks - some at a hurried pace but most at a very leisurely pace allowing for a lot of exploring and sniffing.

I do work full time so my greatest availability will be on weekends. I am off at noon on Fridays so I am available after 1 pm on Fridays and then Saturday & Sunday.
