Married, working from home mother of 2 year old. My husband, daughter and I all adore dogs (puppy was actually her second word haha). We lost our pit bill of 19 years a few years back and miss having a dog around. Will maybe own another one day when our daughter is old enough to beg for one, but for now dog sitting works for us! We have a nice sized fenced in backyard with plenty of room for dogs to run around and play and a toddler that rarely tires of playing fetch with a pup . Working from home allows me a lot of freedom for walks and playtime and we would love to look after your pet while you’re away. We were big fans of Rover and used it many times with our old dog and are looking forward to meeting some new furry friends.

I have booked with many Rover sitters in the past and Maura was by far the best. Her house is very well set up for hosting new pups and her wonderful family and friends make it a great environment. She made every step of the process extraordinarily convenient i.e. taking care of setting up the dogs crates and then packing everything up for us before we picked them up. My fiancée and I will definitely rebook in the future!
Maura was extremely accommodating to my dogs needs of extra care for her separation anxiety and went above and beyond to help care for our dog while we traveled abroad during the holidays. She sent us photos regularly and her entire family treated her like their own! We were so lucky to have found her!

Are they okay with kids? If not I wouldn’t be a good fit for an in house board. Happy to set up meet and greet to be sure. No breed preferences, love all dogs. I would like to make sure the dog(s) are house trained though. Also any habits or tips for keeping the dog happy from the owner would also be appreciated.

I work from home so I have lots of time to let out a pup or take for walks and play! My family and I go for almost daily walks anyway so taking a pup along with us would be a nice addition.
