Hello, nice to meet you, I’m Maura! I just moved here in March from Waupaca, Wisconsin. I was an animal tech at my local animal shelter in the Fox Valley. There I was trained to give medications (topical, oral, vaccines). Earlier this spring I received my Canine CPR/First Aid Certification through the Winnegamie Dog Club. Currently, I am preparing to start school at Florida Southwestern State College for Science and Engineering. Prior to this I was volunteering at the humane society in Gallup, New Mexico and fostering dogs that were once homeless & living off the streets - needless to say I’m passionate about caring for animals! Although I have 6 years experience working with dogs professionally I have been around dogs, cats, and horses my entire life. Asides from my work/education qualifications, I live a healthy active lifestyle and I’m always looking for a reason to get outside! I can do anything from letting your dog outside while you are gone, to walking around the block, playing at the park, or going for a nice hike! I have tons of fun taking photos and portraits - all the photos on here are of dogs I’ve fostered or worked with.
