Hi! I'm Maura! I'm a recent transplant from New York and I can't wait to meet your pet! I've owned and trained dogs for most of my life and spent a good portion of my teen years doing service work at the Humane Society. I have worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, from puppies and toy breeds to my family dog, who is a lovable 115lb. Great Pyrenees mix. I love taking long walks and spending time with furry friends. I also have lots of experience training dogs to walk better on their leashes and to behave better in the home. I believe in positive reinforcement and providing the best care possible for your pet. I work nights, so I have lots of availability during the day.

Maura watched my dogs for several years and sometimes I think they like her more than me. She is a very kind and gentle person with the patience of a saint. From the way she interacts with all the animals she meets, you can tell she genuinely loves animals and cares for them as if they were her own. I have always appreciated how reliable Maura is and her willingness to help. 10/10 would hire again.
Maura loves dogs more than she loves people. And she really loves people. I've met her HUGE family dog, Dixie, and every time she goes home to see her she spends time to brush out all of the mats and give her a quick trim. Maura loves small dogs, too. She's god-dog-mother to a pug named Princeton and a puggle named Whiskey. Both of these pups remember her when she visits and a reintroduction is always a time for celebration.
