Hi there! My love for animals has been a lifelong passion. I've had the pleasure of caring for animals of all personalities and sizes (from 3 month old puppies to retired military working dogs!) I've gained experience through pet sitting, dog walking, and hosting dogs in my own home. Cats also have a special place in my heart❤️! I am well experienced in taking care of senior dogs, and dogs with anxiety. I am comfortable administering oral and ear medication – I have learned from caring for my own dog who lived to a ripe old age of 18.

Maura watched our dog and cat on super short notice so I could travel out of state for a funeral. She was communicative and provided lots of updates on what the boys were up to. She also took the time to take our dog on nice long walks around new places and I know he had a blast with her. We would definitely use Maura again if we needed someone to watch our animals!

Certain behaviors, diet, type of activity required.. just basic details about their personal needs and lifestyle. If they are social/antisocial or nervous when around new people or dogs. As soon as I am introduced to your dog, I can get a sense of their personality and will accommodate.
A typical day
I love spending mornings and afternoons on a walk or drive to the park, to play fetch and or run with the higher energy dogs! I also enjoy spending time inside as days can be very cold (or hot!). I will always keep your animal entertained throughout the day with toys and scent games. Dogs can go out as much as they need with quick access to a spacious backyard. I always ensure that they can go to the bathroom one last time before bed.

I've recently completed my master's degree, at this time, I have the privilege of dedicating my entire day to looking after your animals while applying to jobs online. Please specify before our booking if your dog needs 24 hour care, as I may be working with multiple dogs at once. (drop in, boarding, etc)
