We are comfortable with large dogs. We have experience fostering and dog sitting. We're happy to help train your dog. We have a yard, and we enjoy going on walks around the neighborhood and in the forest preserves.

So unbelievably happy! I was away from my pup for the first time and Mattie did an excellent job keeping me updated and sharing beautiful photos of their time together. Definitely recommend and I will be returning at the first chance. Doug also made a great friend in Odin :)
Mattie and are family are great with dogs. She's very dependable and trustworthy. I love how active she is with our dog, as well. Oakley is always exhausted after a visit with Mattie! Their dog Odin is friendly and gets along very well with my male dog. I highly recommend Mattie's dog walking, sitting, etc. services!
Mattie watched my dog Ginny and was wonderful. She not only takes care of her food and exercise needs, she also helped to continue her training! Her whole family gets involved with our dog in the most loving way. She asks questions to get to know our dog's specific needs. Mattie is very responsive and caring and is a wonderful caregiver of dogs and human beings alike.

We have 2 kids (5 and 2 years old) who get along well with our Dog, Odin. Odin is a large dog who enjoys playing with other dogs. He sleeps in a crate & we put him in the crate when we leave the house for longer periods of time. We would prefer to crate your dog as well.

A typical day
We enjoy spending time in the yard with our dog, playing catch & tug-of-war. We go on walks around the neighborhood and in the local forest preserves. We work on developing skills and we spend plenty of time giving our dog some love.

Availability
We take our own dog on 1-2 walks per day and spend a decent amount of time outside in our yard. Our dog sleeps in a crate. We would be able to give the same time and attention to your dog. I think our dog would love having a canine companion around.
