I raised my current dog from the time she was a puppy until I left for the service when I was 22. I would help my aunt take care of multiple dogs on her farm when she needed the assistance and she would have anywhere from 2-6 dogs at one time. Also, while I was in the service, I would watch my friends dogs on multiple occasions overnight or just on the weekend while they were out of town.
