Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around dogs, cats, ferrets, frogs, everything. I’m basically an encyclopedia of all animals as learning more about them was my passion growing up. I’ve taken care of Dogs since I was around 8 with my family but really began to know and understand all animals at around 12 when my love and passion for them became a reality I could truly pursue.

Matthew helped me out in a bind after another walker, (Jordan M.) cancelled on me after the time he was scheduled to start my dogs walk. I was already out of town , which left me scrambling to find an alternative. Matthew fortunately was available and showed up later that day to walk my dog. Thank you! He was also flexible, and completed.. most of the walks he was hired for.
Matthew really came through. I booked another dog walker at first that ended up canceling on me right before I was due to go on vacation. Matthew made himself available for my puppy, Darla. He is great with her and she loves him. I will be booking him again for sure.

In my home no dogs have really had pens or the sort, as we’ve always been very trusting of my dogs and haven’t had the need to really use one. Patience and effort was always key to letting them have what some people to refer to as “free roam” or “free reign” over what they do on a day to day basis inside and outside the house. Although they’ve always gotten to do their own thing, it’s never resulted in them being left alone or forgotten about for a while as I know where they prefer to be around the house and always have conversations (albeit very one sided) with them when I pass by.

Anything you as the owner feel I should know before hand. Also things that make your pets uncomfortable, I hope to respect your pets to the best of my abilities so they can focus on enjoying their walks in a stress free environment.
A typical day
I love to be in nature so depending on what your dog is up for I’d love to provide. Whether that be walking a trail alongside me, going to the park to socialize and play or just relaxing somewhere and soak up the weather. I’ll always have treats ready and make sure all your dogs get all the scratches and attention they could ever want!

Availability
With classes currently being conducted im usually free in the mornings and afternoons. Not so much at nights until the weekends and holidays. But this is bound to change as semesters switch and progress. I also will have special random times where I am free that differs from my normal schedule.
