Pet care experience
I've had dogs and cats in my house since I was a year old, mostly larger dogs (Goldens & labs) but my current dog is a young, super smart, super active mixed-breed guy, and I take him out a couple of times a day for a run. My family fostered 17 golden retrievers over a 2-year period,and I was active with their care. I've been doing house sitting and walks/check-ins for over 5 years for dogs (and cats) of all ages. I have experience with special needs dogs, especially due to advanced age. I'll take good care of your furry family members and your home as if they were my own. Your dogs (and cats) will get lots of belly rubs, snuggling, love and attention!

Matthew has helped to take care of our 2 black labs several times and has been very reliable and responsible. I particularly like how gently he treats our elderly 13 year old lab. She walks very slowly and is rather hard of hearing and Matthew is very patient with her. I absolutely recommend Matthew as a canine caregiver and would definitely like to work with him again next time we need help with our pups.
