1) Medical History The client agrees to disclose any past or current medical conditions, including chronic illnesses (e.g. diabetes, asthma, arthritis), history of seizures or injuries, surgeries or recent illnesses. We are not liable for complications related to undisclosed medical conditions. 2) Allergies & Sensitivities The client must list any known food, medication or environmental allergies for their pet(s), including sensitivities to certain treats or foods, cleaning products, outdoor plants or insects, certain materials such as plastic and rubber etc. 3) Vaccinations All pets in our care must be up to date on core vaccinations. Required vaccinations for dogs including rabies, DHPP and Bordetella, for cats including rabies, FVRCP and FeLV. Proof of current vaccinations must be provided before the first service begins. 4) Medications We can administer basic oral, topical or subcutaneous medications as instructed by the client. All medications must be clearly labeled with name, dosage, route, frequency and administration instructions. The client must notify the pet sitter of timing of the last dose, any special handling (e.g. with food, refrigeration) and expected reactions or side effects. 5) Emergency Veterinary Care We commit to take every precaution to provide safe and appropriate care. In the event of illness, injuries or a medical emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the client. If the client cannot be reached, we are authorized to seek immediate veterinary care for the pet, transport the pet to the designated or nearest available veterinary clinic, and approve treatment necessary to stabilize the pet. All costs related to emergency care, including vet bills and transportation, are the sole responsibility of the client.

We like to engage the pets in their favorite activities, whether it is a playful chase with their favorite toy, a cozy nap by the window, or a little feather wand dance party! Throughout the day, we keep an eye on their routines, offer treats and affection, and sometimes create little puzzles or new toys to keep those curious minds sharp. The goal? To make sure every kitty and puppy feels safe, happy, and entertained, just like they are on their own mini vacation, right at home!
