Grew up with two separate dogs, helping to provide their general care, taking them for walks, feeding them on a fixed schedule, etc. Since leaving college, have helped care for a roommate's dog as well as an exe's.

Matt was the best with my dogs! He barely had the chance to meet them before he had to take care of them due to my busy schedule. He excelled at meeting and greeting the new to him pupper crew! They took to him instantly as well : ) He is very knowledgeable about caring for different dog personalities and able to adapt to the dog's needs. He is very caring and a true dog lover! I felt completely comfortable leaving my pet family in his capable hands. He is responsible and respectful, and easily navigated coming into and out of my house to care for the puppers, which I felt very comfortable with. The dogs loved their walks with him and I loved knowing they got a great walk in while I was gone. Bonus: I loved seeing photos he took while walking them after. Would highly recommend Matt for all your dog walking and care needs.

I look to understand the boundaries and treatment that the owners provide to their dogs, either while at the house or out on walks and replicate it as much as possible, be it giving them plenty of pets and cuddles, or something more low key.

A typical day
Given the plentiful and wonderful trails available in VT, I would ideally be looking to take the dog out for a nice hike to really help them get their energy out and get out.
