We are so impressed with Matthew. He is kind, understanding, and patient. All of our interactions and his demeanor with Jacob were always positive. The last year has made Jacob a little nervous with new people and Matthew's care made this a positive experience for all of us. Matthew's responses were prompt and specific. He sent us pictures and updates as requested. Our circumstance was a little different in that we were close by and just couldn't have Jacob with us for that week. Matthew was super flexible with my timelines and request to visit and walk Jacob several times that week. This was the first time Jacob was away from us for so long and Matthew's care and attention to detail was more than we could have hoped for. We are very grateful to him for the welcoming and loving home he gave Jacob and the peace of mind his care provided our family.

Matthew was very flexible with Buster’s drop off and pick up times. He always responded to my messages very promptly and provided videos and pictures of Buster throughout his stay. Highly recommend!
