Driving around rescuing dogs, sometimes from parking lots or parks has been my calling: working with nonprofits, to get dogs the care and homes they need. I’ve seen lots of sad cases, yet many pull through with docs and volunteers looking out for them. Here I get to put more of my minor dog-care skills to use and have fun meeting new dogs, which I love. I’m usually taking my foster pups to the park or transporting new rescues from Texas shelters to the vet, or home with me, unless another foster is eager to take in a special dog. My art also supports dog rescue initiatives including dressing up as Santa for holiday pet pictures. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends and share our adventures.
